Good quality large antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers with curved corners, turned bun handles, and a part missing underneath one handle. The bottom drawer is deep and has the plinth attached.

This is a large, substantial chest with deep drawers throughout. It has a lovely, warm, original colour with authentic signs of patina, with a few original minor splits that add character to the piece, with drawer edgings missing from the sides and possibly skirting board missing from the sides of the cabinet. The interior had a few marks on the bottom drawer, probably from a paint can, two wood panel sections missing, and a couple of missing lock sections; it dates to around the 1860-80 period.
This large antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers is in lovely original condition and of very high quality. It has a solid mahogany top.
