Bring the timeless elegance of the Belle Époque into your space with this breathtaking vintage lithograph poster.
Designed by the master of Art Nouveau, Alphonse Mucha, this iconic piece was originally created in 1908 to advertise the American stage and silent film actress Mrs. Leslie Carter in her theatrical production, Kassa.
While Mucha's signature style defined the late 1890s and 1900s, the enduring fascination with his work sparked a massive resurgence of decorative lithograph printing in the 1930s, making pieces from that era highly collectible bridges between classic Art Nouveau and early Art Deco periods.
This poster is presented in a well-loved, vintage state that heavily accentuates its historic charm. It shows a natural, aged patina with soft toning and minor edge wear consistent with its age, giving it an authentic gallery aesthetic.
Thanks to its dramatic, elongated proportions, it serves as a spectacular statement centerpiece for any living room, hallway, or vintage-inspired art collection.
