Superb WW1 Trench Art Crafted Lady Shoes Bookends. These were bought as part of a military collection and have been handcrafted from hammered brass, which was produced from a shell casing.
Unique bookends. The shoes are extremely well crafted with punch mark detail and raised button design. Very difficult to price a one-off piece from this period, and it was made for the soldier's loved one, creating a feeling of nostalgia about the soldier's life.
